Juices Included

Anti-Inflammatory: (2 per day) Spinach, Celery, Cucumber, Pineapple & Lemon.

Sweet Greens: (2 per day) Red Apple, Spinach, Kale, Lemon & Celery.

Sweet Beet: (1 per day) Carrots, Apples, Beets, Lemon & Ginger. 

Immunity Boost: (1 per day) Oranges, Carrots, Ginger, Apple & Lemon.

Instructions and Suggestions

  • The day before the cleanse, limit dairy, alcohol and fried foods to prepare your body for detox.
  • Drink all six juices in any particular order you desire.  Shake well before opening.  
  • You can eat any raw fruits and vegetables throughout the day if necessary.
  • If you are still hungry, you can snack on raw almonds or cashews.
  • Drink water throughout the day.
  • You can drink black coffee or plain tea if needed.
